The PSA Oxygen Generator operates on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, utilizing specialized molecular sieves (ZMS) to extract oxygen from the air. This method is increasingly popular for on-site oxygen supply and oxygen cylinder filling.

Shintek PSA Oxygen Generator with a cylinder filling system includes an air compressor, air dryer, air filters, PSA oxygen generator, oxygen booster, cylinder filling station, and related control system. The patented vessel design ensures our PSA Oxygen Generator achieves the lowest energy consumption and highest efficiency.

PSA Oxygen Generator Specifications:

- Oxygen capacity: 3~200Nm3/h   (12cylinders/day to 800 cylinders/day)

- Oxygen purity: 93+/-3%

- Oxygen pressure from the PSA Oxygen Generator: 1-5bar

- Pressure for filling oxygen cylinders: 150bar (after oxygen booster)

- The PSA Oxygen Generator can be used for filling oxygen cylinders or onsite application;
